"Reassuring help when my order got stuck"
My order hadn’t updated for a few days, which made me a bit nervous because I don’t like being left guessing when something I’ve paid for seems stuck.
I messaged Wiggle customer service and they replied quickly. What I appreciated most was that they actually looked into it properly rather than sending a generic response.
It was sorted the same day, which was a relief. I’d feel more comfortable ordering from them again knowing they respond well if something doesn’t go quite to plan

"Really easy site to use"
As someone who’s always tinkering with my bike, I really appreciated how easy Wiggle.com was to use. I found the parts I needed quickly, the filters actually helped, and the pages loaded without me getting annoyed.
Checkout was straightforward too, with no odd steps or confusing buttons. I also liked that my basket stayed put while I carried on browsing. Overall, it just felt like a smooth, no-fuss site for cyclists like me.

"Sizing advice didn’t quite work for me"
I went with the suggested size, but the fit ended up feeling a little off. Not terrible, just not what I expected, so maybe if you’re between sizes..

I ordered from wiggle.com i was mostly just keeping an eye on the tracking rather than all the other details. It was easy to follow the whole way, with updates whenever the parcel moved. Delivery turned up pretty much when it said it would, so no fuss or drama. Happy enough with it.

I had to send back a cycling jersey, and the whole return process was straightforward. The return label was easy enough to get sorted, and my refund showed up about a week later. It wasn’t instant, but there wasn’t really any hassle either, so... decent overall.

I’ve ordered from Wiggle a few times now and, as far as I can tell, the delivery has been spot on every time. The parcels have arrived when they were meant to, with no chasing around or hassle. Tracking was straightforward enough too. It’s nothing flashy, but I think that’s exactly what I want from an order.

I ordered from wiggle.com a few times now and the delivery is always came quicker than I expect. This time I was getting the email updates and then the parcel turn up the next day, no problem at all.
There wasn’t any messing about or waiting forever like I had with other sites. It just been simple and quick, so yeah, easy 5 stars from me.

I had a good experience with Wiggle. I was looking for a few bike bits that I couldn’t seem to find in stock anywhere else, but from what I could see, they had them available and ready to order. The whole process was straightforward, no faffing around, and everything showed as in stock properly. I’d happily use them again based on this order.

I ordered a few bike bits from wiggle.com and I was mostly just hoping they didn’t mess anything up. But everything in the box was right, the sizes, colours and the amount of each thing, so that was a relief.
The order matched my confirmation email too, which sounds basic but it does matter. No returns or hassle needed. Happy with it and I’d use them again.
